01. DOES WORKINTON HAVE A CONNECTION WITH URBAN STATION?

We gathered our experiences at Urban Station, improved it through comments from our users, conducted in-depth interviews and digital research and decided to set up Workinton to create the best working space in the light of all the data we obtained.

02. DOES WORKINTON OFFER A LUNCH SERVICE?

We offer different menu alternatives according to the branch you choose and we can address different needs. If you wish, we can share the menu alternatives in the surrounding contracted restaurants with you and make a reservation. In addition, we are able to issue food coupons to your participants over the amount you set.

03. DO YOU HAVE A CAFÉ IN WORKINTON THAT WE CAN STOP BY IN ANY TIME OF THE DAY?

Workinton is not just about working life. There is also a café for those who want to relax Where People Work Better: Pause. Here you can take a break at any time; you can add pleasure to your break with rich options in the menu.

04. DOES WORKINTON OFFER CLOSED OFFICE SERVICES SPECIAL TO MY JOB?

We provide private office service in our serviced offices for 2-10 people. You can contact our sales representatives for serviced office solutions.

05. WHERE CAN WE HOST OUR GUESTS IN WORKINTON?

You can host your guests on our guest floors. You pay the fees of the guests according to the time they spend in our offices. Example: Hourly use 14 TL, full day use 58 TL.

06. DOES WORKINTON OFFER A PARKING OR VALET SERVICE?

We do not provide parking or valet services as Workinton; however, as our offices are in central locations, you can take advantage of the local parking areas.

07. DOES WORKINTON SUPPORT THE ACCOMMODATION PROCESS?

Because we have price agreements with the hotels nearby, we are able to organize the whole accommodation for you.

08. FOR HOW MANY DAYS CAN WORKINTON MEETING ROOMS BE RESERVED?

We plan your reservation according to the reservations made earlier. As long as our program is available, we can make the desired planning.

09. WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY OF WORKINTON MEETING ROOMS?

In routine practice, you can cancel your meeting room free of charge until 3 business days. If there is a situation due to force majeure in less than 3 business days, we do not charge any fee. However, we charge for cancellations caused by the remaining reasons.

10. WHAT IS THE MINIMUM PERIOD OF WORKINTON ADDRESS SERVICE?

You can use our address services starting from minimum 6 months.

11. WHEN WE USE THE ADDRESS SERVICE, CAN WE ALSO USE ALL WORKINTON BRANCHES?

As long as you are using our address service, you can use open working areas in all Workinton branches with your unlimited or prepaid usage card.

12. WHAT IS IT INCLUDED FOR THE CATERING SERVICE IN WORKINTON?

You can enjoy our tea and coffee; mini breakfast from morning until noon; as well as sweet and savory snacks from noon until afternoon during training and meetings, in the rooms and foyer area all day long. Rich breakfast, sandwiches, specialty coffees, fruits and nuts are also available for an extra fee, except for our daily treats.

13. DO WE PAY AN EXTRA FEE FOR INTERNET SERVICE IN WORKINTON?

Of course, not! All internet services in Workinton are included in the working packages. Therefore, you do not need to pay extra for internet.

14. WHERE IS WORKINTON?

Workinton currently serves 16 branches in İstanbul, Ankara, Bursa and İzmir. We have one branch in İzmir and two branch in Ankara; and in the Anatolian side of İstanbul, we have Kavacık, Ümraniye and Kozyatağı branched and in the European side, we serve in Maslak, Levent, Esentepe, Nişantaşı and Galata branches.

15. WHAT DIFFERENTIATES WORKINTON FROM RIVALS?

At Workinton, we think about the physical, psychological and social dimensions of work and work hard to create the best place to work. That is why in Workinton Where People Work Better, borders begin where other offices and work areas end!

16. CAN WE WORK IN WORKINTON DURING THE WEEKEND?

We keep the doors of different Workinton branches open over the weekend for people who would like to work. We announce our branches which are open on Saturday from Workinton Facebook account on Friday. In addition, in accordance with your requests for special meetings and conferences, we can open our meeting rooms on Saturdays and Sundays.

17. WHAT IS THE WORKING HOURS AT WORKINTON?

The individual and shared work areas at Workinton can be used between 8 am – 8 pm and meeting rooms between 8 am – 5:30 pm. We are open at Workinton Galata between 9 am – 9 pm.

18. IS IT POSSIBLE TO USE MEETING ROOMS AT WORKINTON OUTSIDE OF WORKING HOURS?

Meeting rooms at Workinton are open from 8 am to 5:30 pm; however, if you contact our sales representatives and notify us of the day and time you need, you can use our meeting rooms before 8 am or after 5:30 pm for a fee.

19. WHAT IS THE CAPACITY OF THE MEETING ROOMS IN WORKINTON?

Workinton has training and meeting rooms in different sizes from 1 to 220 people. The meeting room, which has an amphitheater seating capacity of 220 people, is located in Workinton Levent.

20. WHAT KIND OF A TECHNICAL INFRASTRUCTURE DO WORKINTON MEETING ROOMS HAVE?

All of our meeting rooms have wireless internet access and a flipchart. In addition, some meeting rooms have projectors and screens, and some have LCD screens.

21. DO MEETING ROOMS IN WORKINTON RECEIVE SUNLIGHT?

While all meeting rooms except Workinton Levent receive direct sunshine, the meeting room in Workinton Levent receives partial sunlight

22. IS THERE ANY GUIDANCE FOR THE VISITORS OF THE MEETINGS?

Together with our operations teams, we welcome you and your guests for each meeting.

23. DOES WORKINTON OFFER A SILENT WORKING ENVIRONMENT FOR THE MEMBERS?

At Workinton, we pay attention to the fact that there is no noise level that will disturb the concentration of doing business, but our open work areas are not in the silence of a library. In these areas we have a special music broadcast which increases concentration and triggers creativity. We direct our customers who make private phone calls to isolated areas with telephone booths.

24. IN CASE OF A MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP, WILL WE BE ABLE TO FIND FREE PLACE IN ANY WORKINTON OFFICE ANY TIME DESIRED?

Occupancy analysis is carried out in all branches of Workinton. For this reason, you can find a free place at any time in Workinton. If you still want to guarantee the situation, we advise you to check out Private Desk.

25. WHEN WE USE THE ADDRESS SERVICE, HOW MANY TIMES CAN WE USE THE MEETING ROOMS?
