Virtual Office F.A.Q

Virtual Office is a type of membership, that provides you an official enterprise address, without the need for a physical one. You can select a Workinton office, and show it as your legal address. We will take care of the set-up process. We will also be picking up your packages and receive your calls (English or Turkish) with your name.

To set-up a new company, we just need your ID. To change your company address, we need your ID, Tax Registration Certificate, Circular of Signature, and Trade Registry Gazette.

The tax office your company will be registered to will depend on the location of the Workinton branch you choose.

It is the last stage of setting-up a company. After delivering the signed contract to the tax office, a tax assessor will come to the location of your office to validate your official address, which will complete the opening process. In case you miss the inspection, you can book another inspection from the tax office.

We have different membership packages that you can choose based on your company needs, including perks such as receiving packages and answering calls with your name, coworking, and meeting room usage. If you pick a membership without coworking, you can use all our branches hourly or daily when there is need.

If you wish to get your calls received in your company name, you can have this as an additional service. We will be assigning a telephone number for your company and receiving your calls. Your calls can be forwarded to you via telephone, or e-mail.
